Your territory
As part of our Factory & Tools team, you will:
Help build and evolve the tools that power our Firmware development and factory workflows - turning ideas into reliable, day-to-day solutions
Support the Product Owner with discovery and prioritization, making sure each tool solves real problems for our teams
Collaborate with external partners (e.g., on the Factory Test Tool) to keep production lines running smoothly
Track and analyze KPIs to spot bottlenecks and help implement data-driven improvements
Grow our hardware-in-the-loop setup for Firmware CI/CD, trying creative test approaches to boost Firmware quality
Build and maintain test infrastructure that validates tracker performance, streamlines processes, and lifts Firmware reliability
Collaborate with the Firmware, Backend, Tech Support, and QA teams - and gradually take ownership of your own projects

Your profile
Key requirements:
Basic proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for integration, automation, and data handling
Basic understanding of hardware (e.g. electronics, embedded systems), ideally with some hands-on experience from projects, labs, or internships
Strong foundational problem-solving skills across the stack - from hardware to firmware and factory test software
Basic grasp of agile practices, Git, code reviews, and software quality
Familiarity with C++ and CI/CD systems is a plus
Understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus
Good English skills
Valid work permit for Austria
